CRIME SYNOPSIS On April 3, 1999, at approximately 1410 hours, El Hajj Ray was found deceased, lying on the floor inside his apartment at 315 Northland Drive #D. The victim was last seen on Monday, March 29th, 1999 at approximately 2030 at the University of Kentucky Alumni Gym and the Bryan Station Road Kroger store around midnight of the same evening.
